State Police in Bath arrest a Canisteo man for Burglary

    On April 4, 2018, at approximately 2:17 p.m., New York State Troopers from the Bath barracks responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a residence in the Town of Avoca. Upon arrival, an individual identified as Dylan M. Hall, age 28, of Canisteo, New York was located inside the residence, and taken into custody without incident.  Investigation revealed that Hall forcibly entered the residence without the owner’s permission and destroyed property inside.
    Hall was arraigned at the town of Bath Court, and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of bail.  He is scheduled to reappear in court at a later date.
