On Thursday, April 12th, New York State Police Investigators based out of Latham arrested Vanessa Ramgadoo, age 19, of the City of Schenectady.  Investigators say that Ramgadoo, falsified documents provided by the Schenectady County Commissioner of Jurors indicating her attendance at jury duty during the month of March.  The investigation was prompted after Ramgadoo supplied the fake documents to her employer, who in turn contacted the Schenectady County Commissioner of Jurors.  Ramgadoo turned herself into State Police and was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree, and Falsifying Business Records 1st degree, both felonies.  She was arraigned in the Town of Colonie Court.  She was released to the Supervision of Probation and is due back in court at a later date.
