No head lights results in a DWI arrest
On April 15th, 2018, Troopers out of SP Canandaigua arrested Shannon M. Sullivan , 26, of Fairport, New York for driving while intoxicated 1st offense and other traffic offenses.

Sullivan was traveling south bound on Turk Hill Road with no head lights on. The vehicle she was operating then continued west bound on to State Route 96, then turned north bound on to State Route 250 where a vehicle and traffic stop was conducted. During the traffic stop, while interviewing Sullivan, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from her breath and she was observed  to have glassey-watery eyes, slurred speech, and poor motor coordination. Sullivan was asked to exit the vehicle and to perform roadside field sobriety tests  to which she refused, and was then placed under arrest for VTL 1192.

Sullivan was transported to SP Canandaigua for processing with out incident and where  she refused to provide a breath sample. Sullivan was issued UTT's for 1192-3, 1194-1B, 375-2A, 375-2A4, 509-8, and 306B all returnable to Victor Town Court on 5/10/18 @ 7PM. Sullivan was released to a family member.
