President of Power Recycling arrested for Grand Larceny 2nd

The New York State Police BCI in Wilton recently concluded an investigation into the theft of approximately $150,000 from the Stewart's Corporation in Saratoga County. 

The investigation led to the arrest of the President of Power Recycling, which is a division of Power Pallet located in Amsterdam, New York. 

Sam Donadio, 65, of Broadalbin was charged with Grand Larceny 2nd after the investigation determined the Stewart's Corporation was shorted the money for returnable cardboard products.  At the direction of Mr. Donadio Stewart's was paid a reduced amount for the returned materials over a multiple year period. 

He was arraigned in the Town of Wilton before Honorable Town Justice David Towne.  He was released and is to appear in the Town of Malta Court on May 17, 2018.
