Woman arrested for stealing bicycle in Moira

On May 16, 2018, at approximately 9:19 a.m., State Police responded to a report of a bicycle larceny at Brushton Moira School, 758 County Route 7 in the town of Moira.
Staff at the school advised responding troopers that a student’s bike was stolen from the bike rack out in front of the school. After reviewing video footage, it was revealed that an unknown adult female subject walked onto school property and took the bicycle from the bike rack. The female suspect then left on the bicycle traveling north on County Route 7. State Police identified the suspect as 38-year-old Crystal L. Gribensk, of Brushton.
Gribensk was located and arrested. The bicycle was also recovered. She was charged with Petit Larceny and released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Moira Court.
