On June 2, 2018, State Police in Wilton arrested Patrick M. Collins, 32, of South Glens Falls, NY for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (misdemeanor), possession of a hypodermic instrument (misdemeanor) and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor) in the City of Hudson Falls. While on patrol, Troopers noticed a tan Mercury Marquis traveling on Hudson Falls Road that failed to use its turn signal and turn onto Derby road.  A motor vehicle stop was conducted and during the investigation, Collins was in the back seat of the vehicle with heroin and drug paraphernalia. He also had outstanding warrants for him from the Town of Queensbury Court and the City of Glens Falls Court. Subsequently, he was arrested and is expected to appear in the Town of Kingsbury Court on June 6, 2018. He was then sent to the Warren County jail after being lodged for the outstanding warrant from the Town of Queensbury.
