State Police in Wilton arrested Ryan P. Buckley, 26, of Clifton Park, NY for Driving While Intoxicated in the City of Saratoga Springs on June 10, 2018. While on patrol, Troopers were on Division Street when they witnessed a gray GMC Terrain fail to adequately use its turn signal while making a turn onto Railroad Place. Upon conducting a motor vehicle stop, Buckley was operating the vehicle and displayed multiple signs of possible alcohol impairment. He was subsequently given standard field sobriety tests and then arrested for DWI. Buckley was later tested to have a 0.27% blood alcohol concentration. He is scheduled to appear in the City of Saratoga Court on June 14, 2018.
