Waterloo man gets arrested after pursuit.

On June 12, 2018, Troopers out of SP Waterloo arrested David A. Peters, 51, of Waterloo, New York for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer, speeding, unlawful fleeing and resisting arrest.
While on patrol, Troopers observed Peters speeding on Burgess Road in the Town of Junius. He was found to be driving on a suspended license without an ignition interlock device. Peters was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear at a later date.
