Williamson man gets arrested for felony DWI.

On June 12, 2018, Troopers out of SP Williamson arrested Jesse J. Bolender, 28, of Williamson, New York for driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within ten years), refusal to submit to a breath test, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, operating out of ignition interlock restriction, moving from lane unsafely and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Troopers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Tuckahoe Road in the Town of Williamson. Bolender was placed under arrest and transported to SP Williamson where he refused to submit to a breath test. He was also found in possession of a glass smoking pipe containing marijuana residue. Bolender was arraigned in the Town of Williamson Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash/$2,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear on June 15, 2018.
