Lyons woman arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Identity Theft, and Petit Larceny

On June 13, 2018, the State Police in Lyons arrested Alyssa Wall, age 18, for 1 count each of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree and Idenetity Theft 3rd Degree and Petit Larceny.
The arrest stems from allegations that Wall possessed a stolen Visa credit card from a town of Lyons resident and made a purchase on June 7th, 2018 at the Walmart in the village of Newark.
Wagner was arraigned in the town of Arcadia Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
Wall will appear back in court on June 19, 2018.
