Ontario man gets arrested for DWI and numerous violations.

PRESS RELEASE

On June 14, 2018, Troopers out of SP Williamson arrested Kyle L. Crosby, 32, of Ontario, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC equal to or greater than .08%, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate, moving from lane unsafely, speeding, excessive window tint and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Crosby was stopped on State Route 104 in the Town of Ontario for moving from the lane unsafely and speeding.  He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.  He was found to be driving on a suspended license and in possession of a baggie containing marijuana.  Crosby was transported to SP Williamson where he provided a breath sample of .08%.  Crosby was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ontario Court on July 10, 2018.
