Newark man gets arrested after traffic stop.

On June 29, 2018, Troopers out of SP Lyons arrested Nicholas A. Bacon, 26, of Newark, New York for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating out of ignition interlock restriction and a window tint violation.
Bacon was stopped on Van Buren Street in the Village of Newark for having an excessive window tint violation. He was found to be driving on a suspended license and without an interlock ignition device. Bacon was arraigned in the Town of Lyons Court and released. He is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Newark Court on July 18, 2018.
