from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Alfred University, James A. McLane Physical Education Center, 99 N. Main Street, Alfred, NY 14802.

The funeral service for Trooper Nicholas F. Clark will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2018
at 11:00 AM at Alfred University, James A. McLane Physical Education Center, 99 N. Main Street, Alfred, NY 14802.

For media outlets interested in covering the wake on Saturday, July 7, 2018, members will NOT be allowed inside for the calling hours. There will be a designated media area outside of the James A. McLane Physical Education Center.

For the funeral service on Sunday, July 8, 2018, a member of the State Police will be available to speak to the media prior to the service at approximately 10 a.m.  NO additional interviews will be granted during the remainder of the funeral detail and service so media members attending the service should arrive NO LATER than 9:45 a.m. on Sunday morning at which time they will receive a detailed briefing.
Media must PARK in the lot next to the Harrington Women’s Softball Field on the Alfred University campus. A printable map can be found at the following link: https://alfred.edu/about/map/map-files/_docs/printable-map.pdf.
After parking, walk up past the tennis courts toward the front of the James A. McLane Physical Education Center. Next to the red fire hydrant there will be an ELEVATED flatbed which will serve as the designated media area with a full view of the procession.

Members of the media will NOT be allowed inside the education center during the service and MUST remain in the designated media area or in their vehicles during the service. Once the funeral detail is DISMISSED at the conclusion of the services, then media will be allowed to circulate for additional interviews.
