A Selkirk man was arrested in Colonie on Wednesday evening. At about 5:00 p.m., State Police from the Latham barracks found 45-year-old Craig Oroszi passed out at the wheel of his pick-up truck on Alternate Route 7. Once awakened, Oroszi showed obvious signs of intoxication and was arrested. Due to multiple previous convictions, Oroszi was charged with a D felony Driving While Intoxicated. He refused the chemical test and was lodged overnight in the Albany County Jail. At his arraignment on Thursday morning, Oroszi was sent back to jail in lieu of $15,000 bail. He will return to the Colonie Town Court at a later date.
