Moravia man gets arrested for DWI.

On July 8, 2018, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested James D. Ripley, 68, of Moravia, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and moving from lane unsafely.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Filmore Road in the Town of Moravia. Ripley was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to SP Moravia where he provided a breath sample of .13% BAC. Ripley was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Moravia Court on July 26, 2018.
