On September 12, 2018 State Police arrested Gary K. Wilson, 28, currently incarcerated in the Steuben County Jail, for Criminal Contempt 1st and Aggravated Harassment 2nd.  Wilson was arrested subsequent to an investigation in which he allegedly made hundreds of phone calls to a female subject in Wayland, N.Y., while he was incarcerated in the Steuben County Jail on an unrelated charge.  Wilson allegedly made these phone calls while knowing there was an Order of Protection in place preventing him from communicating with the female subject.   Wilson was arraigned in the town of Bath court and remanded back to the Steuben County Jail, with no chance of bail, due to prior felony convictions.
