PRESS RELEASE

On September 28, 2018, Troopers out of SP Wolcott arrested Mario R. Mastrangelo, 32, of Lyons, New York for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, inadequate exhaust system, inadequate turn signal (less than 100 feet), operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate and failure to notify DMV of a change of address.

Mastrangelo was stopped on State Route 104 in the Town of Wolcott for having an inadequate exhaust and using an inadequate turn signal.  He was found to be driving on a suspended licence.  Mastrangelo was arraigned in the Town of Wolcott Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $250 cash/$500 bond.  He is scheduled to reappear on October 4, 2018.
