Dunkirk man gets arrested for DWI in Williamson.

PRESS RELEASE

On September 28, 2018, Troopers out of SP Williamson arrested Gerardo A. Figueroa, 45, of Dunkirk, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and moving from the lane unsafely.

Figueroa was stopped on State Route 104 in the Town of Williamson for moving from the lane unsafely.  He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Figueroa was transported to SP Williamson where he provided a breath sample of .14% BAC.  He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Williamson on November 7, 2018.
