Trumansburg man gets arrested for DWI in Ovid.

On September 29, 2018, Troopers out of SP Waterloo arrested Colter F. Pell, 29, of Trumansburg, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, failure to keep right and moving from the lane unsafely.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rock River Road in the Town of Ovid. Pell was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to SP Waterloo where he provided a breath sample of .17% BAC. Pell was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Ovid Court on October 16, 2018.
