PRESS RELEASE On September 30, 2018, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Brandon S. Roat, 23, of Stanley, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, failure to use designated lane and speeding. Roat was stopped on State Route 34 in the Town of Sennett for speeding and failing to use designated lane. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Roat was transported to SP Auburn where he provided a breath sample of .13% BAC. He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Sennett Court on November 7, 2018.
