Town of Rotterdam man arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd

On April 13, 2018 SP Princetown Bureau of Criminal Investigation received a complaint involving possible forged documents submitted to a local credit union by Todd Rowe, age 50. During the investigation Rowe was also found to have stolen valuables from another residence and sold them to a third party. Rowe was interviewed regarding both incidents and subsequently arrested. Rowe was arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd degree (D-Felony) and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree (D-Felony).
Rowe was arraigned in the Town of Niskayuna court and remanded to Schenectady County Jail.
