PRESS RELEASE

On October 4, 2018, Troopers out of SP Williamson arrested Justin W. Duerr, 32, of Ontario, New York for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection, operating a motor vehicle without valid insurance, operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended, inadequate exhaust system and inadequate plate lights.

Duerr was stopped on State Route 104 in the Town of Ontario for having an inadequat exhaust and plate light.  He was found to be driving on a suspended license.  Duerr was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Ontario Court on November 20, 2018.
