PRESS RELEASE

On October 4, 2018, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested David S. Sullivan, 55, of Syracuse, New York for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device.

Sullivan was stopped on State Route 5 in the Town of Sennett for using a portable electronic device while driving.  He was found to be driving on a suspended license.  Sullivan was arraigned in the Town of Brutus Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond.  He is scheduled to reappear at a later date.
