Kirkwood man arrested after failing to pull over and resisting arrest

PRESS RELEASE


(Harford, NY – October 10, 2018) – On October 3, 2018 at approximately 2:04 p.m., New York State Police at Binghamton arrested David A. Bush, age 32 of Kirkwood, NY for the misdemeanors of Resisting Arrest and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree.  He was also issued several traffic tickets including Failure to Comply with a Lawful Order of a Police Officer. 
 
A trooper on patrol who is familiar with Bush observed him operating a vehicle on Robinson Street in Binghamton then on Bradywine Highway and State Route 17.  The trooper attempted to stop the vehicle but Bush failed to comply but eventually stopped in the McDonald’s parking lot on Harry L. Drive in Johnson City.  Bush was arrested but did resist arrest prior to being placed into custody.  He was arraigned at Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing and remanded to the Broome County Jail on $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 property bond.
