Dispute leads to arrest of two individuals

(Colesville, NY – October 19, 2018) – On October 18, 2018 at approximately 12:05 p.m., New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Michelle M. Page, age 35 of Colesville, NY the misdemeanor of Menacing in the second degree (three counts). On October 18, 2018 at 5:08 p.m., Matthew A. Meade, age 27 of Windsor, NY arrested for the misdemeanor of Reckless Endangerment in the second degree.
Troopers were dispatched to a residence on Circle Drive in Colesville for a reported disturbance. After an investigation, it was determined that Page menaced Meade and other people with a shotgun after he drove to her residence and recklessly drove on her lawn, almost striking her vehicle.
Page was arraigned in the town of Colesville Court and released on her own recognizance. Meade was arraigned in the town of Kirkwood and also released on his own recognizance.
