Reported domestic in Fenton leads to arrest

(Fenton, NY – October 23, 2018) – On October 20, 2018 at approximately 12:33 p.m., New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Adam J. Snyder, age 27 of Binghamton, NY for the misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and the violation of Harassment in the second degree.
A trooper was dispatched to a residence on East Niles Road in Fenton for a report of a domestic dispute. A victim told the trooper that Snyder was involved in an argument with the victim. He’s accused of hitting the victim while the victim was holding a 5-month-old child then leaving the scene. Snyder was arrested after he returned to the residence. He was arraigned at Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing where he was released on his own recognizance.
