Jamestown man arrested for driving on suspended license and drug possession

On October 28th, 2018, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested William Bailey, 34, of Jamestown, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Bailey was pulled over on Route 60 in Jamestown for a traffic violation and while speaking to Bailey, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Bailey and his vehicle revealed a bag containing two grams of marijuana. Bailey’s license had a total of four suspensions. Bailey was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month.
