Man arrested following domestic dispute in Plattsburgh

On October 28, 2018, State Police responded to a residence on Cumberland Head Road, in the town of Plattsburgh for a domestic dispute.
Subsequent to an investigation, State Police arrested 31-year-old Joshua L. Baker of Plattsburgh, for Criminal Mischief 4th degree (misdemeanor) after he punched a hole in a sheet rocked wall during a domestic dispute with a female victim.
When taking Baker into custody, he refused to attempted to resist and pull away. Baker was additionally charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd degree (misdemeanor). Baker was arraigned in the Plattsburgh Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was served.
