Moravia man gets arrested for DWI.

On October 27, 2018, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Milburn J. Perry, 56, of Moravia, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, possession of an open container and failure to dim head lights.
Perry was stopped on School Street in the Village of Moravia for failing to dim head lights. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Perry was transported to SP Moravia where he provided a breath sample of .08% BAC. He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Moravia Court on November 13, 2018.
