Colesville man arrested after dispute

(Colesville, NY – October 29, 2018) - On October 24, 2018 at approximately 4:10 p.m., New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Justin N. Wilson, age 34 of Colesville, NY for felony of Criminal Mischief in the third degree and the misdemeanors of Menacing in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
A victim reported to a trooper that while at a residence on Cafferty Road in Colesville Wilson got in to a verbal argument with the victim, damaged a television and entertainment center and damaged a vehicle. Wilson is also accused of threatening to cause harm to the victim. The victim alleged the incident occurred in the presence of two children, a two and three-year-old.
A trooper located Wilson and he was arrested. He was arraigned at Broome Count Central Arraignment and Processing and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued to the victim.
