State Police in Brunswick arrested 28 year old Bradley D. Morse of Pittstown Sunday night for Menacing 2nd Degree, Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Troopers received a call for a road rage incident on State Route 7 in Pittstown. A Trooper observed a car travelling 98 Miles Per Hour and conducted a traffic stop. The car matched the description of the one involved in the road rage incident. The Trooper interviewed Morse, the driver, who appeared to be intoxicated. Morse failed sobriety tests and then attempted to run from the Trooper. He was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Brunswick barracks. The other driver of the road rage incident was interviewed and stated that Morse almost forced his car off the road and then menaced him with a knife. A knife was found in Morse's possession. During processing, Morse punched and kicked a wall, causing damage. He refused to submit to a chemical test to determine the alcohol content of his blood. Morse was arraigned in the Town of Brunswick Court and remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail on $ 10,000 bail.
