PRESS RELEASE
 

On October 30th, 2018, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Marshall Robbins, 28, of Jamestown, for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree. 

The Troopers pulled over a vehicle on I-86 in Kennedy as it fit the described vehicle in a possible domestic incident.  Investigation revealed that there was an order of protection against Robbins, the driver, and that the protected party was the female passenger.  Robbins was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed.  Robbins was then arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
