Rochester man gets arrested for DWI.

On November 3, 2018, Troopers out of SP Lyons arrested Alan B. Lea, 34, of Rochester, New York for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a breath test, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, moving from lane unsafely and insufficient turn signal (less than 100 feet).
Lea was stopped on North Creek Road in the Town of Palmyra for moving from the lane unsafely and using an insufficient turn signal. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Lea was transported to SP Lyons where he continued to refuse to submit to a breath test. He was arraigned in the Town of Palmyra Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash/$1,000 bond. Lea is scheduled to reappear on November 9, 2018 and November 13, 2018.
