Domestic dispute in Lousville results in arrest

On November 4, 2018, at approximately 9:23 p.m., State Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on County Route 43 in Louisville.
An investigation on scene revealed that 33-year-old Matthew K. Guay of Massena arrived at that residence uninvited and pounded on an outside storm door, causing damage. Guay was subsequently arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree (misdemeanor), Attempted Criminal Trespass 2nd degree (misdemeanor), and Harassment 2nd degree (violation).
Guay was arraigned in Massena Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance. Guay is to reappear in Louisville Town Court. An order of protection has been issued.
