PRESS RELEASE

(Cortlandville, NY – December 5, 2018) – On December 2, 2018 at approximately 12:02 p.m., New York State Police at Homer arrested Justin M. Relyea, age 28 of Tully, NY for the Class E Felony of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree. 
 
Troopers originally responded to Mr. Tire on Route 13 in the town of Cortlandville on October 2, 2018.  The complainant told troopers that while Relyea was working at the location as a manager he stole over $1,500 in tires and services during the summer time.  An investigation revealed that Relyea performed services on a vehicle and kept the cash.  Relyea was arrested on December 2 and released on an appearance ticket to the town of Cortlandville Court on December 10, 2018.
