PRESS RELEASE

On January 4, 2019, State Police arrested 38-year-old Karen M. Caza, of North Hudson, for stealing license plates. The complainant advised troopers that Caza stole both plates off of her vehicle and put the plates on her own vehicle that was unregistered due to an insurance lapse. Caza left a note advising the complainant she had done this.

Troopers patrolled to Caza’s address on Ensign Pond Road and arrested her for Petit Larceny, and further ticketed her with operating an unregistered vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a registration that is suspended. She was arraigned in the Town of Minerva Court and released on her own recognizance to return to North Hudson Town Court at a later date and time.
