PRESS RELEASE

On February 8, 2019, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Charles A. Rusyniak, 30, of Cato, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and speeding.

Rusyniak was stopped on State Route 370 in the Village of Meridian for speeding.  He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Rusyniak was transported to SP Auburn where he provided a breath sample of .11% BAC.  He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Meridian Court on February 19, 2019.
