Juan E. Cervantes


Harrison, NY – On March 10, 2019, at approximately 2:54 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Harrison for vehicle and traffic violations.  The driver, Juan E. Cervantes, 26, of Port Chester, NY was found to be intoxicated.  Cervantes was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be a .18%.  He was charged with:
             
  • Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor
  • Multiple Vehicle and Traffic Violations
 
Cervantes was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on March 26, 2019.
