On March 13, 2019, State Police in Schodack arrested Rachell Guilboard, 22, of Cohoes, for Identity Theft 1st degree and Grand Larceny 4th degree.

On March 7, 2019, Troopers received a complaint from a coworker of Rachell Guilboard’s, who stated that she had used his debit card without his permission to withdraw more than $2,500 from his bank account. A subsequent investigation revealed that Guilboard had used the victim’s debit card on multiple occasions at ATM machines. The victim became suspicious when he observed Guilboard returning his debit card to his work truck.

Guilboard was arraigned in Schodack Town Court and released to Rensselaer County Probation. She is due back in court on April, 3, 2019.
