On March 13, 2019, State Police in Schodack arrested Rachell Guilboard, 22, of Cohoes, for Identity Theft 1st degree and Grand Larceny 4th degree.
On March 7, 2019, Troopers received a complaint from a coworker of Rachell Guilboard’s, who stated that she had used his debit card without his permission to withdraw more than $2,500 from his bank account.
