Palmyra man gets arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol.

On April 20, 2019, Troopers out of SP Wolcott arrested Robert L. Miller, 35, of Palmyra, New York for driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, no/inadequate hazard lights and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Troopers responded to a suspicious male on Waters Road in the Town of Wolcott. Miller was placed under arrest after faling standard field sobriety tests. He was found in possession of marijuana items. Miller was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Wolcott Court on May 16, 2019.
