Ohio man gets arrested for felony driving while intoxicated in Sodus Point.

PRESS RELEASE

On April 21, 2019, Troopers out of SP Wolcott arrested William G. Cramer, 32, of New Middletown, Ohio for felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within ten years), operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate and insufficient turn signal (less than 100 feet).

Cramer was stopped on State Route 14 in the Village of Sodus Point for using an insufficient turn signal.  He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Cramer was transported to SP Wolcott where he provided a breath sample of .10% BAC.  He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Sodus Town Court on May 6, 2019.
