Auburn woman gets arrested for felony driving while intoxicated.

On May 13, 2019, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Melissa A. Dugan, 28, of Auburn, New York for felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within ten years), operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and possession of an open container.
Dugan was stopped on Hamilton Road in the Town of Brutus. She was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Dugan was transported to SP Auburn where she provided a breath sample of .10% BAC. She was arraigned in the Town of Brutus Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $500 cash/bond. Dugan is scheduled to reappear on May 20, 2019.
