Port Chester, NY man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit.

Greenburgh, NY – On May 13, 2019, at approximately 1:53 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Greenburgh for a vehicle and traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Manuel T. Merchan-Cedillo, 29, of Port Chester, NY, was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18%. He was subsequently charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
Merchan-Cedillo was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on June 7, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
