Jamestown resident arrested for Stalking, Harassment

On May 15th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Tyler Pellerino, 26, of Jamestown, for Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree and two counts of Stalking 4th Degree.
The Troopers responded to a residence in Jamestown and interviewed the victim, who claimed that in the past week, Pellerino had sent her over seventy text messages and called her over thirty times, despite being advised to discontinue future contact by herself and the Jamestown Police Department. Further investigation revealed that Pellerino had driven by the victim’s residence and residences of her family members on several occasions for no legitimate purpose. Pellerino was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
