Syracuse man gets arrested for felony driving while intoxicated in Sennett.

PRESS RELEASE

On May 21, 2019, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Eric B. Rindfleisch, 31, of Syracuse, New York for felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within ten years), operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, operating a motor vehicle without a valid registration and obstructed plates.

Rindfleisch was stopped on Franklin Street in the Town of Sennett for having obstructed plates.  He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Rindfleisch was transported to SP Auburn where he provided a breath sample of .10% BAC.  He was arraigned in the Town of Owasco Court.
