Syracuse Teen arrested for his involvement in a city of Rochester Homicide

The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) in North Syracuse announce the arrest of 19-year-old, Aziz S. Adams of 101 Ballard Ave Syracuse, NY.
Adams was arrested on May 21, 2019 for Concealment of a Human Corpse (E felony), Tampering with Physical Evidence (E felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd & 3rd degree (C & D felony), and resisting arrest (A misdemeanor).
These charges stem from a homicide investigation which occurred in the city of Rochester on March 25th of this year. It is alleged that Adams assisted the perpetrators of the homicide by dismembering the homicide victim in the basement of an abandoned house on Dearborn Ave in the city of Syracuse. Adams was apprehended by members of the state police and Syracuse Police Gang Task Force after a short foot pursuit in the city of Syracuse. During this pursuit, Adams was in possession of a loaded hand gun which had the serial numbers removed from it.
Adams was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center for centralized arraignment.
