Warren, PA resident arrested for Drug Possession

On May 23rd, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Kyle Salva, 39, of Warren, PA, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substances by ultimate users original container.
Salva was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for a traffic violation. A check of Salva’s driving record revealed that his driving privileges had been suspended. While inventorying Salva’s vehicle prior having it towed, the following items were located: a tin containing a hydrocodone pill, a smoking device containing marijuana residue and a vial containing marijuana. Salva was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Salva was then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
