Rochester man arrested for Felony DWI following a crash on the Thruway.

Cheektowaga, NY – On June 2, 2019, at approximately 03:52 a.m., State Police responded to a one car property damage accident on I-90 at exit 51, in the town of Cheektowaga. The uninjured driver, Dyshawn L. Noble, 30, of Rochester, NY, lost control of his vehicle on the westbound exit ramp and struck the ditch. Further investigation determined he was intoxicated.
Noble was transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.16%. Additionally, he has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony and Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
Noble was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Cheektowaga Court on June 10, 2019 at 8:30 a.m.
