Brooklyn man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit.

Tarrytown, NY – On June 9, 2019, at approximately 1:53 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the village of Tarrytown, for multiple vehicle and traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle, Sergey V. Priporin, 46, of Brooklyn, NY, was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18%.
Priporin was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and several Vehicle and Traffic Violations. He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Tarrytown Court on June 19, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
