Allegany fender-bender leads to DWI charge for Perrysburg man

On June 14, 2019, SP Olean Troopers arrested Jonathan V. White, 50, of Perrysburg, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.

After a minor two-car accident outside a business on South Nine Mile Road in the town of Allegany, White, one of the drivers, was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. White was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.13% BAC.

White was issued appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear in July.
